Paige earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 2019 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UConn. She went on to complete an intensive orthopedic physical therapy residency through the University of Hartford and Hartford HealthCare thereafter where she also earned her post-doctoral certification in orthopedic manual therapy. Paige is additionally certified in trigger point dry needling.
Paige is a highly analytical clinician who excels at identifying the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction. She takes a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to care, using detailed assessments and advanced orthopedic training to create precise, individualized treatment plans. She is especially passionate about working with motivated individuals who want to understand why their body is hurting and are committed to addressing the underlying problem, not just the symptoms.
Outside of the clinic, Paige lives in Glastonbury with her husband. She enjoys skiing, rock climbing, hiking, and weightlifting. In the warmer months, she can often be found in the garden tending to her flower beds or exploring local trails with her Shiba Inu, Mochi.
