How long does physical therapy usually take?

How do I prepare myself for physical therapy?
We suggest you take a few simple steps to prepare for physical therapy. Track your symptoms for several days before arrival, complete all your intake paperwork, and schedule enough time for a one-hour appointment. Please eat a good meal before arrival, drink plenty of water, and wear comfortable clothing.
Can I do physical therapy on my own?
We recommend visiting a qualified physical therapist in-person and then practicing the exercises he or she provides you at home. Your physical therapist will show you how to safely perform your at-home exercises.
